US AIR Oil -Water Separator Series
Compressed-air condensate treatment for compliant, clean discharge.

Why Use an Oil Water Separator?
Condensate from oil-injected compressors is a mix of water, lubricant, and particulates. Discharging it untreated is both
environmentally harmful and typically illegal. An oil-water separator separates the lubricants from the water so the water can
be discharged in accordance with local regulations while the captured oil is disposed of properly.

Features Of Oil-Water Separator Series
Stay Durable
Robust construction—resistant to vibration and shock.
100% oil-free
Removes virtually all common compressor lubricants (mineral & synthetics).
Service Easy
Lightweight housings; simple, tool-free servicing.
Check Status
Visual element-life indicator and overflow indicator on larger models.
Change Fast
Quick-change, disposable filter elements with watertight disposal kit.
Fit Any Drain
Compatible with all common drain types (timer, zero-loss, float).

Working Principle
- Depressurization & prefiltering
- Primary adsorption (element No.1)
- Secondary adsorption (element No.2)
- Polishing with activated carbon
- Status at a glance: indicator shows when replacement is needed.
Note: For stubborn synthetic emulsions, consider larger units or organoclay-type cartridges.

Installation & Service
- Manifold all condensate drains to the separator inlet.
- Keep lines sloped; avoid long horizontals.
- Use test valve and sample bottle for verification.
- Replace elements when indicator bottoms out.
- Dispose of saturated elements per hazardous-waste rules.
